Good news for afflicted regions in Ukraine

Finally the regions which have endured almost 9 years of attacks from the Kiev government have protection. The Western media called the referendum "sham", but that is only a reflection of their own corrupt agenda.

Russian State Duma ratifies accession treaties for Donbass, Kherson, and Zaporozhye

Maybe this will lead to the end of a pointless war, but I doubt it.
Thanks for your propaganda my dear Comrade Aster. We at the Kremlin thank you for your service. :Ninja

The good news is the Russias are fleeing those areas as the Ukrainians are determined to push these invaders out.

Humiliating defeat is coming to Poutin Putin, followed quickly by his own people slipping him a “Putin Special” to save Russia from total destruction.

Good news indeed.

peace to you

Fortunately, you are wrong. The US's "friends" won't be able to hurt them forever. They can only shell from a distance, which is a war crime. The Russian will push them back out of range one day soon. Then they will all be safe. May God Himself grant them peace, safety, and security from evil warmongers.

I look at the situation as being just another bit of the breaking up of an empire/decolonization. This is not the only situation where the process got violent.

The notion that Russia is going to loose is laughable.
Russia has already list. Putin, and you, just haven't realize it yet.

His people are fleeing Russia to avoid his draft to support the illegal invasion of Ukraine. The troops are deserting. The Generals are dying or simply disappearing.

Riots in the streets, continuous loses on the battle field. You sound just like “Baghdad Bob” who put out propaganda that Iraq was winning even as everything fell apart around him.

peace to you

Ideally this will end the conflict. I do honestly think those regions are the regions that want to join Russia and it makes sense IMO. You can clearly see the Russia supporting areas in yellow below.

They voted in those regions several years ago and rejected aligning with Russia by an overwhelming %.

There is significant pro-Russia populace in those areas, but it’s about 30% if I remember the results correctly. The overwhelming majority voted to stay with Ukraine.

You denied the facts that he just presented to you. You have denied (likely do not know) the history of the region. Here is some facts for you. You heard it here first. And I got it last. Ukraine, because our great leadership (not) has lost 4 territories. If they don't do the right thing and reach a deal with Russia are going to lose 4 more Territories. Forever. It is virtually impossible for Russia to lose. Our so called great leadership (not) knows this (they are stringing you along). But our leadership does not give one hoot about Ukraine. We are pouring in weaponry to bleed the Russians. Doesn't matter that it cost 10,000 Ukrainian lives to kill a few thousand Russians. Our goal is to bleed Russia in proxy war. Unfortunately our great leadership (not) does not give a hoot about the Ukrainians, Afghans, Iraqis, Lybians, Arabs in general. Germans, French, Italians we are making them buy gas from us at inflated prices that they can't afford. Why are we warmongers? Why does the American people put up with Warmongering? You would think that we learned our lessons from Afghanistan, Iraq and Lybia. None of those counties are better because of us. Ukraine will have lost 100,000's of men and 40% of it's territory when this is over. On a grade we get an F for helping destroy other nations. But our corporation's will make billions off of it though, just like off of all the other countries. It will cost us in billions of tax dollars (the American people, we, lose). There is also an alliance against us, called bricks+. Russian, China , India, Iran, Brazil, plus other who have seen how we are going after Russia. They know they are next after Russia. They are seeking to break free from our control. To be free from our control.

At least you are acknowledging the territory is Ukrainian.

Whether it has been “lost” remains to be seen. Last fact I heard was that Russian troops fled one of the regions after the sham “vote”.

Forgive me, but what in the world do you mean by "shell from a distance"? That's what artillery is anyway--shelling from a distance. And how is it a "war crime"? I've not heard that artillery is outlawed by the Geneva Convention.

When you shell civilians, it is a war crime. Not a military target. Not civilians mixed in with military personnel. But shelling just civilians. I have been told that is illegal and a war crime.

Thank you for admitting Russian troops are war criminals for shelling civilians. Perhaps God has finally opened your eyes to the truth of the Russian atrocities in Ukraine.
