And they will point fingers toward others.

We don’t yet know what the Supreme Court will do in the King v. Burwell case, but we have a fairly good sense what will happen if the Supreme Court sides with Republicans. In effect, there will be chaos that could do considerable harm to insurers, families, state budgets, the federal budget, hospitals, and low-income children.

It sounds melodramatic, but the fact remains that if the GOP prevails, more Americans will literally go bankrupt and/or die as a result of this ruling.

Wow, I am glad that the rich won't be hurt. We always had free medicine for poor people here in central Indiana but then we have one of the better medical schools here, Indiana University School of Medicine, and we have Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals who saved the lives of so many tens of thousands of people when Dr. Clowes of Lilly was able to mass produce insulin for diabetics so we have a long history of medical mercy in spite of Democrats like FDR who attacked Lilly in what Eli Lilly (the grandson) said was a pack of Democrat lies.

First, if the SC rules in favor of the GOP then it is not just the GOP. Second obamacare is heavily unpopular. Third, as it currently stands obamacare is not actually making health insurance affordable. What people are getting, at best, is major medical plans.

Saying more people are covered is misleading at best since the medical coverage people are receiving place thousands of dollars in deductibles. More than they would spend on their own health care in a year.

So it is a lie that people will die or be any less bankrupt as a result of obamacare.

So we should forego the law because it might cause confusion and chaos?

Funny; the GOP said that implementing Obamacare would cause confusion and chaos, but that didn't apparently stop anyone from making it a law and implementing it...and we seem to be okay, although we're finding out just how much it really costs....

Democrats had control of the House and a filibuster proof majority in the Senate. Harry Reid has controlled the Senate since 2007 and nothing was done without his OK! Even so the way Obamacare was passed was shady to say the least.
