This she tweeted on Aug 28., now it is the 29th. The evacuation is dead days before the 31st.
I read the Taliban are angry the US retaliated with an airstrike for the airport bombing as they were not told or consulted, so the airport has been shut down, no one going in or out.

America, you need to know this: Biden is not letting US citizens through the airport gates. It has been impossible to get anyone through for the last 24 hours. This administration has been lying about their intent to save Americans. Unforgivable.
