Ok speaking about the fans at the football game, they should observe safety protocol, I'm sure the concession stands won't be open or the vendors will be hawking their wares, but Salty, will the fans be allowed to bring their own food?... I did not see anything in the article about that -one way or the other.
I'm sure, those questions will be the next step that they will make decisions on.

I would guess that the concessions will be open - but may not accept cash - only plastic, keeping distance at the stands and ect.

Probably not enough but I don't see why it's up to Cuomo in the first place - it's an open air stadium and whatever happened to letting people decide what risks they want to take here? This guy is the same fool that sent covid patients into nursing homes, he has poor judgement.
