MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WHNT) – Governor Robert Bentley announced Sunday evening that the state of Alabama will refuse Syrian refugees.

His press office issued a statement that reads in part:

“After full consideration of this weekend’s attacks of terror on innocent citizens in Paris, I will oppose any attempt to relocate Syrian refugees to Alabama through the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. As your Governor, I will not stand complicit to a policy that places the citizens of Alabama in harm’s way.”

I'm sure Barack Obeyme will not take this lightly. I mean, how DARE a governor refuse the Emperor's wishes!

Doesn't the governer have a point though? One of the attackers in Paris on Friday can be traced as coming through Europe and into France under the guise of being a refugee, and I don't think we're that naive to think he's the only one.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure that the feds attitude is one of naivety, but then I'm rather cynical of anything this administration does anyway, so ----!!

Do some of you ever look at anything from the perspective of Jesus replied: "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' Matthew 22:37-39

Everything some of you support seems to always be seen through the prism of your politically conservative ideologies that always seem to ignore how Christ says we,as Christians, are to treat others.Sure the question of what to do with the Syrian refugees in lieu of security concerns is tough. But it's always the same group of ya with these funky attitudes that resemble NOTHING of Christ.
