Hank Hanegraaff Converts to Greek Orthodox

I have just yesterday found out that "the Bible Answer Man", Hank Hanegraaff has left Evangelical Christianity, and converted to the Greek Orthodox church last month.I understand that others have also done this. From a search on the Internet, it seems that this denomination's teaching on salvation, is not what the Bible teaches. Why would any person do this?

Any thoughts?

Think they would hold to water baptism gets you into salvation, and need to have enough good works to merit God able to declare you to be really just, so sorta akin to church of rome viewpoint!.
