I wish everyone a happy new year. Today is the day that many get drunk, so be careful as you drive. Nothing wrong with having a beverage for your enjoyment as I plan to have a Mike's or two for my enjoyment. But if you do drink do not get drunk, and if you have a problem with alcoholic beverages then I encourage you not to drink and to refrain from alcoholic beverages period.

That's good you were or are able to reconcile. I have made attempts with mine but she has refused.
No reconciliation here...

Her husband died two days after Thanksgiving and she was wanting me to bring my son to see her...700 miles from us (she moved here a year ago with her husband)

So we've been here a week....

Just trying to be a friend.... I know she's hurtin'

Happy New Year, brothers!
Galatians 6:9. 'And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.' That's my church's verse for 2017. I shall be preaching on it later this morning.
