1991 Harvard Law Review BIO claims Obama born in Kenya, raised in Indonesia.
Not surprising. The university has conspired with it's most highly placed graduate to prevent journalists from accessing his records. Or did you not know that everything available about the Great Pretender is controlled, vetted public relations stunts that meet the naked emperor's approval?Searched the Harvard Law Review ... funny nothing about Obama and Kenya on their web site. Bad info. Rev. You are wrong again.
A nation-wide network of researchers has sprung up to attempt to fill in the blanks, but at every opportunity Obama’s high-priced lawyers have built walls around various records or simply made them disappear. It is estimated that Obama’s legal team has now spent well over $1.4 million dollars blocking access to documents every American should have access to. The question is why would he spend so much money to do this?

Even snopes says that they did publish Kenya and Obama's birth place back in 1991, but not in the Harvard Law Review, just in a literary promotional booklet:The OP said it is from a 1991 issue of the Harvard Law Review. Now even Harvard cannot retrieve all the 1991 issues from all the libraries in the US and change them.
Seems you are another who will believe noting from a cited authority, but anything with a bias you agree with. Intellectually that is totally dishonest.
Even snopes says that they did publish Kenya and Obama's birth place back in 1991, but not in the Harvard Law Review, just in a literary promotional booklet:

Is this booklet evidence that Barack Obama was actually born in Kenya? Not even the site that published it makes that claim, noting in a disclaimer that:
Andrew Breitbart was never a "Birther," and Breitbart News is a site that has never advocated the narrative of "Birtherism." In fact, Andrew believed, as we do, that President Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on August 4, 1961.
... [W]e discovered, and now present, the booklet described below — one that includes a marketing pitch for a forthcoming book by a then-young, otherwise unknown former president of the Harvard Law Review.
It is evidence — not of the President's foreign origin, but that Barack Obama's public persona has perhaps been presented differently at different times.
The editor of the biographical text about Barack Obama which was included in the booklet maintained that the mention of Kenya was an error on her part and was not based on any information provided to her by Obama himself:
Miriam Goderich edited the text of the bio; she is now a partner at the Dystel & Goderich agency, which lists Obama as one of its current clients.
"You're undoubtedly aware of the brouhaha stirred up by Breitbart about the erroneous statement in a client list Acton & Dystel published in 1991 (for circulation within the publishing industry only) that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. This was nothing more than a fact checking error by me — an agency assistant at the time," Goderich wrote. "There was never any information given to us by Obama in any of his correspondence or other communications suggesting in any way that he was born in Kenya and not Hawaii. I hope you can communicate to your readers that this was a simple mistake and nothing more."
A New York Times article about Barack Obama published in 1990, a year before the Acton & Dystel promotional booklet was issued, identified his birthplace as Hawaii.

And as NCT said, what difference does it make now? Obviously you don't want to deal with the weighier issues, but prefer to pursue fluff so you don't have to answer for your hero's incompetence. And in the article cited above it is said there is no evidence that Obama was born in Kenya. Even Andrew Breitbart in not a birther.
What difference does it make now? Are we going to say that since he failed to meet the qualifications to be president (not native born) then his presidency is invalid and every bill he signed into law is now invalid? I don’t think so.
Yes, absolutely. It is only sloth and cowardice that would neglect to do so.What difference does it make now? Are we going to say that since he failed to meet the qualifications to be president (not native born) then his presidency is invalid and every bill he signed into law is now invalid?
Native born, if you mean by this term, born in the US, is not a requirement. But being a natural born citizen is a requirement. He was a natural born citizen no matter where he was born as his mother was a natural born citizen. Under the law a child born to a natural born citizen is a natural born citizen.
The summer I worked in Moscow, Russia we met a missionary couple from the US who had traveled from Siberia to Moscow to register the birth of their second child. Both of their children were born in Siberia, but they are natural born US citizens.
Birthers are simply grabbing at straws and have repeatedly been shown to be wrong. But facts are not of interest to them.
This is not always true, I have a good friend from Poland, he was born there in 1950. His mother was born and raised in the U.S.. Because Poland was communist when he was born, he had to apply to become a citizen when he moved here in 1993. His older sister, who was born before Poland was communist did not have to apply for citizenship, but was considered natural born.
That has nothing to do with this story, but persons with American parents aren't always considered natural born citizens.
That is interesting. I didn't know that. Regardless Kenya was not Communist.
