Road to Emmaus Ministries

I heard about it today - seems like a good group - but......

Wife’s cousin was big into “road to Emmaus” (same thing???) & tried to get us involved.
However when trying to get info, it was like pulling teeth to get any response other than his feelings of praise about it.
AFAIC, if someone is that secretive about “whatever”, I’m probably going to put it on a back shelf & forget about it.
Will be interested in replies here!!

it’s a deeper life thing. You stay up all weekend

much better off reading a book of the Bible that weekend IMO

What I found:
Emmaus Ministries is located at the EPICenter of University Carillon United Methodist Church, in Oviedo, Florida.

New to me. Will have to investigate but want to be sure it is the "right" one. Emmaus is a common name

I first saw it under the "send donations to..." in an obit - but the deceased was Roman Catholic!
