My cat used to have what I call "cat fits". She'd run all over the house like a crazy animal for a while, chasing invisible things.

She did this BEFORE I put a sock on her head and watched her try to back out of it. So I didn't drive her crazy with the sock.

FWIW, when I was younger, my brother used to make our favorite kitty "moonwalk"....and he (the cat) loved it....of course, he also climbed up on the roof a lot and then fell off. The funniest thing my mother EVER did was say very calmly, "Well...I think that was little Buddy that just flew past the window."....

Hmmm....maybe I DID smoke marijuana and just don't remember it???....
Now, where's them ghosties???

FWIW, my wife thinks that having four cats is a sign of mental illness. The vet's office says that more than four cats is a sign of mental illness. That's why there's room for four on the applications. More than that and they turn you into the men in white coats.
