So the black robes of paradise have joined their slimy hands, and while singing Kum Ba Ya, blocked the Trump travel ban with a TRO.

This TRO is extremely far reaching, and may be so far reaching that the eight person USSC should have nontrouble seeing through their contrived reasoning, and rule to lift the ban.

A judiciary that has lost the reason for their being! Just like most (all??) unions; they now serve for themselves as opposed to the members as was he original purpose.

Hawaii’s General Attorney Doug Chin has expressed some very strong views against the order, saying it “discriminates against persons based upon national origins” and “violates our nation’s freedom of religion.”

The problem? Hawaii takes in zero refugees from the nations blocked in Trump’s order.
