Hebrew--Translation Help

Could anyone identify what book the woman's hand is covering?

Also, does anyone have any idea what the graffiti means?

Any help would be appreciated.

The top portion on the book is probably modern Hebrew. I can work through biblical Hebrew but don't know modern Hebrew.

The stuff in the bottom panel are just letters. They aren't Hebrew letters.
