Actually at my last perusal it was 78.

The one item IMO that is keeping this from happening is that Obama knows that the violence and possible bloodshed caused of the clash of the different sides of the general public on the issue will lie at his feet into perpetuity.

Also at risk is a feud or worse with Russia (which is probably inevitable anyway).
