Actually, I'm quite happy with the ruling. Any lover of freedom would be.

Exactly. Those that oppose the ruling probably don't understand it. Here's a little quiz for ya. I really only want to hear from people that opposed the ruling.

I'm a Republican fat cat and going to give money to individual campaigns. I'm going to dole the money out thusly:

Candidate A: $1,000
Candidate B: $3,000
Candidate C: $2,500
Was this action legal before the ruling? Is it now legal?

Let's try it again.
I give $2,500 each to 20 different candidates.
Was this action legal before the ruling? Is it now legal?

Let's try it again.
I give $3,000 each to three different candidates.
Was this action legal before the ruling? Is it now legal?

As far as "the rich" go, I'd like a democrat to estimate how much money they have spent on Wendy Davis' Texas campaign.

I wonder how much money George Soros has contributed to Democratic candidates over the years.

Do a bit of research on the net. You can find it. I did ... and while you are at it check on George Abbot also.

Cheers.

No. I'm not the one complaining. I don't care how much money the democrats waste, in Texas. People should be allowed to spend their money on whatever they want to. I'm just wondering why you guys complain about one, and not the other.

Did you take ITL's quiz ?

And this statement….

The GOP seems much more dependent on the super-rich than the Democratic Party.

I think you are the one who needs to do research.
