If she announced on TV, would you say the same ("doesn't care about people who do not have access to tv"), or a newspaper? ("doesn't care about people who do not have access to the newspaper").
This is simply stupid. Do you really think that it won't be broadcast through every available method?

It took Ronald Reagan five years to mention the word AIDS in public. Did that mean that he didn't care about people with AIDS?
Ted Cruz announced his bid for the White House on Twitter? Does he care about folks who don't have access to the net?
In a cookout with Mitt & Ann in Stratham, NH in 2012, Mitt Romney announced his bid for the Presidency. Did that mean he didn't care about people who weren't on that farm that day.

You don't have to like her. But don't start making stuff up.
I hope that she is not our next President. However, the same geniuses who elected Obama twice will probably elect Hillary Clinton. And the Repugnicans will fail to put somebody up against her who can win. Congratulations, America.

Salty, she knew she would get press coverage on TV and on the radio by announcing via the Net. She gets more coverage for less money, maybe no money spent. More bang for the buck you might say.
