Okay. Then it is equally clear from what you said that you want the case decided purely on race. So long as we're using the same criteria to determine what is so clear, I can't refute your supposition about me anymore than you can refute mine about you.

The people of Ferguson think McCulloch is racially biased. You don't seem to have a problem with him.

Guess that means you don't have any evidence to disprove that you and the grand jury are as racially biased as you say Holder is.
But you seem to do a lot of grandstanding and thinking that just because you type it, everybody has to go along with it and accept it as the truth.
Holder is a black man with black experiences in a country that has marginalized and discriminated against black men.
He doesn't have to ignore patterns of behavior against black people just because those in the majority don't want to be reminded that he's black.
Get over yourself.
Somewhere along the way, the lot of you have confused your conservative politics with following Christ when your "conservative politics" makes you look like anything but a follower of Christ.

It looks like y'all are talking past each other.
- Grand Juries are drawn from a given county as a whole, not just from a particular town or city (unless your talking about the City and County of San Francisco). What is the racial make up of Ferguson's county and its voting roll?
- Trying to prove the grand jury in this case is not racist at this point of time is trying to prove a negative. We haven't seen its findings and the evidence for them.
- Considering the history of the area, assuming the grand jury will make its finding based on race is an easy assumption. Though in 2014, it is perhaps too easy of one.
We're not talking past each other.
Never providing proof of his own allegations and, at the same time, trying to force others to prove a negative is his stock in trade.
It's intellectually dishonest. Always has been.
