DOJ’s “Grotesque Prosecutorial Misconduct” Upends Civil Rights Convictions

A federal judge blasted the Obama Justice Department, blaming “grotesque prosecutorial misconduct” for overturning the convictions of five Louisiana cops in what the administration considered one of the region’s most important civil rights cases.

SNIP

“The government’s actions and initial lack of candor and credibility thereafter, is like scar tissue that will long evidence infidelity to the principles of ethics, professionalism and basic fairness and common sense necessary to every criminal prosecutor, wherever it should occur in this country,” Judge Engelhardt writes.

The same attorney that was the supervisor of the group in New Orleans is in charge of the group in Ferguson.

She was also the one he judge referred to as one of the worst offenders at blogging in the local paper about the case.

She has a reputation as a leftist ideologue and will lie or cheat to put away any police officer, as she has already shown.

It is instructive that Holder did not fire her for her misconduct.

Some AG's

Serve to uphold the laws .... others strive to manipulate and bend the laws to distort the truth to support their personal bias, prejudice and cause. Holder looks to be guilty of all three.

Not to mention gun running and causing the deaths of federal employees and refusing to uphold the human rights of American citizens.
