Concerning exorcisms, I wonder what are the major geographical locations where there have been reports of attempts or successful outcomes? Mostly 3rd world I suspect.

There's no such thing as "holy water". While God has made some physical things on earth TEMPORARILY holy, such as the ground the pre-carnate Jesus was standing on when He met with Joshua as Captain of the Lord's army, that ground didn't REMAIN holy after Jesus departed. And NO MAN can make ANYTHING holy!
