Right, you have a top down system whereas we have a grassroots up system. Also, Portland could stop the riots without outside help or with help from the state of Oregon. I think there is legislation on the drawing boards to allow an individual to sue when the police fail to respond. Did you see where blacks went into Lake Oswego and bothered rich whites in restaurants? Congresswoman Maxine Waters started that stuff. It is a page out of Mussolini's book.

Correct, as the link mentions. And the word apparently stems from Hindi/Urdu/Sanskrit terms meaning thief, rogue, though the cult was a murderous robber gang. There is nothing inherently racist about the term in either those original languages or in English.

Really, Steven, and where did you get this from? The Oxford English dictionary says: "a violent person, especially a criminal". And, Websters says, "a violent or brutish criminal or bully". VERY appropriate for these groups like BLM, NFAC!

Ok, I retract my comment. His reasoning on NPR doesnt fly. I just believe what I believe wholeheartedly until people confront me with evidence. I am willing to back down fast when proven wrong. I think of it as a good thing to do since Proverbs teaches us that those that take rebukes well are wise. So, in all honesty, I hope everyone was like me.
