Maybe the first option? How can you arrest without a warrant? Other options just handcuff…pardon the much intended pun…the ICE agents.

I would like to see the local LEOs cooperate with ICE. I don’t think it is right to restrict ICE or red tape them from doing their jobs when local governments are stonewalling them.
I can kind of see the warrants issue, but are they really just walking in and arresting people without a warrant for anyone?
They may be arresting people who don’t yet have warrants because they are present with the people who do. But this makes it sound like they are just randomly picking houses to enter and arrest people.

• Forced Entry: The directive instructs agents to "knock and announce" their presence, and if denied entry, they are authorized to use "necessary and reasonable force" to enter.
• Targeted Individuals: This policy applies to individuals who have already received a final order of removal from an immigration judge.

So the warrant has essentially been issued and by a judge. This is nothing more than the executive branch enacting what the judicial branch has already decided.
