How did you find the Baptist Board?

I'm sure that tucked away somewhere in the cobwebs of my mind there is an inscription noting how I found the Baptist Board. Unfortunately, I don't know how to access it. So - don't remember how I found it, but I'm glad I did!

 

Like Murph, I was struggling on another board (Yahoo I think)... too much fighting , not enough diversity in the sujects , usually pretty boring . Somebody posted a note to come here , I checked it out ... and it's the greatest!

 

Believe it or not, I was turned to the Baptist Board by someone on the BMAWeb forums and chat. There was a major departure of people there for a while, and I wanted something a bit more of a cross section of Baptists and not just BMA. The Baptist Board fit the bill.

i was on JESUS-IS-LORD.COM and i clicked to another link, i cant remember which, and that page had a link to top fundamental sites and there i saw the link to this page

I found it on the Baptist Top 1000.

 

I followed a link from David Cloud's website that eventually landed me here.

 

I clicked on a link when I was searching for information on creating a Church Web site. Although I don't often post, I truly enjoy the discussions.

 

I did a search on google looking for a Baptist discussion board. Through that I found the Baptist Top 1000 site and there page led me to here.

I was new at all this internet nonsense and was doing some of my first looking around.
I figured out how to do a search, typed in Baptist, found the Baptist Top 1000, and lurked here for a while.
Then I got the nerve to join, and am now happily back to lurking.
Whenever I need some good common Baptist sense, I come here for a check up.

A friend sent me the KJV Daily Verse, and... I think... there was a link from there to BaptistMail to the board. Something like that...

Anyway, I am happy to have found it!

 

Didn't like the atmosphere in one of the boards I frequented....typed in baptist boards in google..
got here...now I'm stuck here...happily....

 

I was chatting in the BMA Chat room and someone mentioned it.

 

I did a search on "Google" for Baptist discussion groups and ended up here!!!

 

My Pastor often read quotes from Spurgeon, and I found a place where I could get a daily Spurgeon reading, I noticed a link to Baptist .com and started the daily KJV , then I found you

 

My ones kinda peculiar.

I have this assignment for uni- its called a Cyber-Observation Research Project and it required students to find a news group and follow discussion over a period of time and present an analysis about the flows and topics of discussion. So right now at this present moment of time I am making observations and monitoring everyones entries. I stumbled across the sight from searching for a creation/evolution newsgroup that would debate ideas. Offcourse it lead me to the creation evolution section in this newsgroup but then I sorta found a lot of the other forums more interesting.
