How do you deal with Tragedy?

In our passage today David's wife and children are taken captive - he is blamed - yet he seeks the face of God and brings about victory. Do you/I seek God's face in tragedy, or do we react to tragedy with moral outrage and anger?

I believe the best way of dealing with anything whether it is tragedy or any problem is always prayer. It's amazing how much strength there is when relying on God for direction.
