I am glad to be among this illustrious group of Bible students. I have already read some of your posts and found them very good. I am just a bible student and eager to learn and eager to share what I have learned. I live in the liberal state of Washington and love fishing, especially on the ocean.

I am not a youngster (below 60) but I don't believe I am over the hill yet either. Hope we can have some good times sharing and learning together.

... I am just a bible student and eager to learn and eager to share what I have learned.....

I love that attitude, I wished all here shared it, myself included at times.... :)

I hear you all have some really good fishing there. I'm landlocked, but I could get used to living close to the ocean real fast. I and my wife also love fishing, we live about 1.5 miles from the KY River and keep a boat on the river through the Spring/Summer/Fall. [Washington, that's the LEFT Coast, right?]

I am not a youngster (below 60) but I don't believe I am over the hill yet either. Hope we can have some good times sharing and learning together.

I'm no youngster either (below 60), but like you, I've still got spunk in me.

Thanks for the intro Walter. Welcome to the BB from landlocked KY.

I appreciate the spirit of graciousness and peace. Some folks here think that discussion and debate needs to be all polemical and pejorative. But I wish (and I don't always portray this either) that all would understand that there is no reason to be offended by dissenting opinions and that liberty in non-essentials is a part of displaying Christian love for one another.

Welcome, and May You Glean Much

I, too, was once a Bible student. Although it seems like yesterday, it was nearly 40 years ago. Being a member of the BB since 2007, I can tell you that you will gain a tremendous amount of personal experience by being here... WELCOME!

Shalom,

Pastor Paul :type:
