I usually view em on TV

All hoaxed, or that some might be survivors from flood age?

The channel formally known as the History Channel shows em between the ufo's and aliens.

Bigfoot?

Sure, but contrary to popular belief, they are only seen at Christmas time...

Bigfoot is real. I saw him in Vegas walking with Elvis down the Strip.

OK....

Bro. Greg, I understand your point, but here's another way to look at it.

Satan WANTS people to believe the theory of evolution, to believe we all just happened by chance instead of by God's intelligent design. Of COURSE the world will make fun of any legitimate attempts to find what they believe died out millions and millions of years ago. Can you imagine what it would do to their theory if we found that dinosaurs do still exist?

There are Christian scientists who have made discoveries, only to be laughed at and mocked by the media and the ungodly. These anti-God folks do not want "evidence" of a divine creator and they will do everything to downplay any attempt or any evidence found that disproves their theory.

The Bible tells us that creation points to God. Those who study true science know that all we see is not a product of chance. This is a way to help win the lost, by showing them, through creation, who God is. It doesn't need to distract from the great commission.

OK abcgrad....THAT is a valid and rational argument that I believe could be defended from a Biblical perspective. My only point is...IF there is such a thing as a Bigfoot OR a Loch Ness "monster" then I'd like to see them proven by using reputable OBSERVATIONAL science and not just fuzzy photography found in rags like the Enquirer or junk TV shows. If they were proven by a reputable source then there is no question they would be spiritually useful to demonstrate the reality of Biblical Creation.

OK...that's fine ABC...but I think the reason many of us go into the "making fun of" mode on this kind of stuff is because most of what we see and hear about subjects like these comes from sources like the "National Enquirer" or the SciFi Channel on TV. It is usually NOT commented on by sources that try to advance serious "science" as far as I know. That said....It is also hard for me to get serious about stuff like this when we are all surrounded by multiplied thousands and indeed millions of people who are in a headlong rush into the Lake of Fire. We are far too easily diverted from the ONLY real reason that God left us here after he saved us....and that is to do all we can to spread the seed of the Gospel through the Word of God to as many as we possibly can and seek, if possible...and by the grace of God, to win as many as we can to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ before it is eternally TOO LATE. There really isn't much "profit" in an speculation about Bigfoot or the Loch Ness monster. If they are real...so what? They are in my mind, just another diversion to keep our minds and those of the lost world OFF of the truth that really matters.....in my opinion!

Bro. Greg:jesus:

Think that things like this are good to discuss, as some Christians would see them as "proving " that God used evolution, while others would see as showing young earth and survivers of the Flood!
