How Does Paul define "Strong in their faith Christian/"

Faith is believing God not making up our own beliefs as in the false believe that Christians can practice sin or fall away from God.

A believer with "strong" faith is one whose faith allows him or her the freedom to participate in a certain behavior or activity, such as eating meat, which was evidently the issue spoken of in Romans.

"Weak" faith, then would be faith that does not allow a person to participate in that certain activity or behavior.

It doesn't mean in substance.
