One church i know recently accepted someone who believes in reincarnation

They never vetted her

They dont join. At my joint, we have a questionnaire and interviews

We also require strict background checks for those involved in children and teen ministries

Here in the UK, the state requires strict background checks to be made for anybody intending to become involved with children or teens, not only church work with children and teens.
