If He does, then can He give it to His creatures and/or His children?

If He can then He saves those who choose to be saved.

Not any more He don't. He just gave it away. So God isn't Sovereign man is. "You're be like God." Rings a bell.

No, think about it. According to a non-Calvinist, God can only save those who He knows will be saved. He can't save people who don't choose Him.
And according to the same view, God seeks to save everyone without exception.

So what that leaves you with is a God who knowingly sets out to fail to convert people.

And that is a unBiblical view of redemption.

Either God is desperately working to save everyone despite knowing that He will fail in part OR God is not trying to save everyone, but only those who He knows will be saved, which means God is only interested in saving some and is knowingly letting those perish who will not be saved.
