My ISP isn't expensive, it's just that the connection isn't that great or reliable. Even though we connect at 40,000 bps, it's SO much faster with DSL, etc..
For those of you who use a non-local dial-up, like JUNO, for instance, how does it affect your phone bill? When I used MSN which only offered a Charlottesville dial-up, my first month cost $70!!We can pay $15 for unlimited access to Charlottesville, but we don't need it anymore with Nexet...
BTW, just-want-peace, is the service you are describing called DWAY, a part of Directv? The payment option you are describing is one that Directv offers us here, and the othe option is $99/month with a year commitment...
