He didn't necessarily have to inherent her genes--or not all of it.
I don't see how it's an issue. God, who made reality and the order of nature in the first place, can make whatever He wants happen.

For me a corollary question is this,
Can God be in the presence of sin?
Can God be in the presence of sin?
What do you mean by sin nature? If you mean the ability to be tempted, Jesus was tempted in all points as we are, yet without sin.
Heb 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
I think most people consider the ability to be tempted a sin nature. Jesus came in the flesh and was tempted just like us. He felt the pull and tug of the flesh, but he never obeyed these lusts when they would cause him to sin.

The doctrine of Total Depravity explains this sin nature. Romans 1 is a great passage explaining this doctrine.
The total depravity of man is seen throughout the Bible. Man’s heart is “deceitful and desperately wicked” (Jeremiah 17:9), and the thoughts of his heart are “continually evil” (Genesis 6:5). The Bible also teaches us that man is born dead in transgression and sin (Psalm 51:5, Psalm 58:3, Ephesians 2:1-5). The Bible teaches that because unregenerate man is “dead in transgressions” (Ephesians 2:5), he is held captive by a love for sin (John 3:19; John 8:34) so that he will not seek God (Romans 3:10-11) because he loves the darkness (John 3:19) and does not understand the things of God (1 Corinthians 2:14). Therefore, men suppress the truth of God in unrighteousness (Romans 1:18) and continue to willfully live in sin. Because they are totally depraved, this sinful lifestyle seems right to men (Proverbs 14:12) so they reject the gospel of Christ as foolishness (1 Corinthians 1:18) and their mind is “hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is unable to do so” (Romans 8:7).

That's a long reading list for one day, you obviously read much faster than I do.
I read far faster in seminary and read dozens of systematic theologies, puritans, and the like. The reading I do these days is far easier, and I read far slower.
Say "far" again. Makes it seen a little nearer.
Try reading the Qu'ran.
Read some Watchtower literature.
Book of Mormon.
Go debate with 100 people, in the public arena, strangers, who you meet in everyday life.
Then go running back to the Scriptures, to answer every question posed to you, that you did not have a scriptural response ready for.
Right now, you are letting your questions be asked and answered by some small group of men.
You are being tricked into believing that you are learning, when in actuality you are being retarded.
Learn organically, persuading the lost, interacting with the Holy Spirit, contending for the faith.
You become the teacher. What need have you more of these Men?
This is OT for the topic of this thread of which I do not agree with you as it is not my job to persuade man by crafty apologetic arguments as my job is simply to preach the word and aim to convict the conscience that only God can do. Apologetics is the bait, but the LAW is the hook.
Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men.
I'm talking about sincerely seeking to offer SCRIPTURE for every reasonable question, or need, that the lost stranger you are talking to may have.
Nothing more, nothing less.

The sin nature is inherited through the father (Rom 5). Christ did not have a human father. Ergo, no sin nature.
Now, when you say "deal with", is there a particular question you have in mind?

When it is said that death passed upon all men, what is being described is not the addition of something, but the lack thereof. Adam didn't gain something in death, he lost something, and that thing was life. Not having it, it is impossible for him to pass it to his children.
Mary didn't have it either. So the answer given above, that "He's God," is the correct answer to the question in the OP. His life is in Himself.
So the meaning and the purpose of the Virgin Birth is something other than necessity. God could have made a body for His Son "in the family way," if He so willed. The Virgin Birth has nothing to do with Christ's sinlessness or His divinity. The Virgin Birth was a sign. A miraculous sign, yes, but only a sign.
Evidently, you need somebody to teach you both theology and manners.
