How to "market" a ministry degree

In Denver there should be temporary services. When I was a manager we often used a temp service to see how prospective employees performed without having to hire and then possibly fire them. In most cases it worked well. A lot of employers do not want to deal with terminating employees. They want some way of seeing them first.

One of the best jobs I have ever had came through working as a temp. I worked hard and was rewarded with a permanent position. It was a tough four months, but it paid off in the end.

Good stuff from Don, BTW. Transferable skills and results= good resume.

Great! Praying for you.:applause:

Have not heard back but sometimes it takes these people a while to get back. Then sometimes I worry about being overqualified. I will state I am humble and willing to learn, but I cant force anyone to hire me, as some of these places are looking for a 23 year old kid and not someone like me. Its pure age discrimination but hard to prove. Yes I do see job ads that say the age or sex they are looking for to fill the job.
