Here in NY- in our county - if a store gets 3 complaints about people not wearing masks- the store is subject to a 300 dollar fine!
Heard a good one recently related to your governor and his new book. This is not an exact quote, but close.

Consulting Cuomo on how to handle COVID-19 is like consulting Napoleon on how to conquer Russia.

FIRST - I get sick and tired of constantaly being told to wash my hands -
WHY- because we should be doing that ANYWAYS!!!
How many times have you been at a restaurant - esp a buffet type - and you visit
the "reading room" see someone walk out without washing his hands? And I am
talking about way prior to the Chinese Virus.!

Too many times while washing my hands in the "reading room" I have heard the familiar "KAPLOOSH" from inside a stall and the occupant bolts forth and rushes out into the public without stopping at the lavatory. If these were children, it would almost be understandable, but adults, 20 years and up are the biggest perpetrators. Washing hands before exiting the bathroom was strictly enforced in most homes where I grew up.
What went wrong?

bold my emphasis

Are the parents even in the home any more???

Many years ago - I worked at at radio station - did a trade out for 5,000 baseball tickets to a AAA baseball game. --- So, I was at steak restaurant one night. I was in the reading room. I notice a young boy -about 12 years old. As I was preparing to come out, this boy properly washed his hands. I followed him to his table - I introduced myself *as a rep of the radio station - and told mom that her son did an excellent job in his personal hygiene. I then asked her if I could give he 10 tickets to the Baseball game! She approved - and I know that there was a very happy mom and son that evening!
