Let's not go overboard so as to be seen unrighteous. We can critique Kennedy all day long (and with good reason). But let us not start thinking he, or any other speaker at Mrs King's funeral, invited themselves.

 

There is nothing unrighteous about wondering if someone invited themselves to a funeral.

 

Wonder all you like. Just don't imply that he did. Again, you don't want to give the impression of unrighteousness. That would be a bad witness to others. Not criticizing you here, just trying to give a sister in Christ a helping and courteous hand.

 

Thank you for your helping, noncritical hand. If I am a bad witness to others on here by my suggestion that Kennedy invited himself, I've no doubt the Holy Spirit will convict me.

Okay, well on that note, since the thread has strayed away from puking over Ted Kennedy and has degenerated, it will be closed. At least those of us who wanted to puke have gotten a chance to vent.
