I found Judges 3:15; Judges 20:16 which appear to be the only references to left-handed people.
Will you please explain how and why these verses point to the sinful nature of left-handedness?
Thanks! :)

Between the OT and NT, many sins are mentioned 25 times or more. There are people addicted to things that can't seem to change. Some never do. The man in the picture has his arms crossed over his chest. This usually is a sign of defiance. Help is available.

Just substitute homosexual for left handed, or transgender, or islamic, or black, for what the liberals accuse us "ultra white christians" are bigoted about!

  • 1 Chronicles 12:2They were armed with bows, and could use both the right hand and the left in hurling stones and shooting arrows out of a bow, even of Saul's brethren of Benjamin.

Trying to equate left-handedness, not condemned as an abomination, to queerness,.which is, is like condemning dogs because they return to their puke (said Jesus).

Who is doing that? What in the OP is in error?

Does the Bible speak about left-handedness or not?

Were you born in sin? Just curious.

No! Let's call it what it is: something God hates. He lists the sins of men and women in Romans 1.Same sex people were wickedly addicted to each other's bodies. God does not hate the people--He hates the sin. As I said about addiction, there is help. But, as I also said, the man is expressing a defiant stance. Will he ever repent?

If I was, I'm glad I wasn't aborted.
Yep, the Bible has a few rare references to lefthandedness.
And the way you make assumption about what I and other post, you need to learn not to get your panties in a wad when the same thing is done to you.

So, is this thread you started really about lefthandedness, or were you indicating something broader the topic of 'being born that way?'

Actually, my friend, you are wrong and your assumption is incorrect.

It is so easy to pull your and some others chains and I enjoy watching your hysterical and illogical assumptions and replies. You and some others bring much humor into my life. Laughter is good for our health. You do know that, don't you?

That was one reason I posted the OP. To watch such responses from such predictable people.

Another reason I posted the OP was because in many areas I am left-handed. I use my left hand in many activities of life, such as writing, shaving, etc. In other activities of life I use my right hand, as in using eating utensils and there are a few activities where I use either hand, as in painting..

My primary reason was that I was agreeing with the graphic that I am thankful that society has changed and accepts people using their left hand. [Glad I was not born in a Muslim society.] I was lucky. When I was in elementary school I was not forced to stop writing with my left hand. There were schools still around where teachers hit the hands of kids using their left hand.

When I see a child writing with the left hand I tell them, "The best people are left-handed." I have yet to have a parent disagree with me. :)

Are you left handed in any way?

I agree with you on that, its just that the OP seems to be making left handed as a buzz word to stand for alleged bigotry against Homosexuals and those others listed!
