I Was Wrong To Not Vote For Trump

I’m sorry Mr Baptist Believer but your post might explain why you spend so much time here trying to convince everyone that you’re a centrist.
I honestly don't care that much about what people think my position is. I'm just pointing out the fallacies of so many of these arguments. It is simply self-deception to think that Republicans who oppose Trump have ulterior motives or are Democrats who are in the closet. As our President would say: Sad.

Many who are against him though are ONLY due to being either programmed by the poisoned liberal/Dem mind set, are into anarchy, or just hate the idea of putting America first, nor of actually restoring godly values/climate back to USA!

The author of the OP - when asked if he voted - gave me a very long composition about - well, I'm not sure - I finally asked him for the third or fourth time - if he voted and then I said "a simple yes or no will do" He finally said no - then wrote another composition -actualy just re-wording what he said before - his last paragraph asked "does this answer your question" I said - "the first sentence does!"

IMHO - if you dont vote - then you have no place to criticize.

Then I expect you won’t argue so much the next time you get called a liberal.

No worse than voting for someone that had no chance instead of Trump, the only person that actually had a chance to beat Hillary. Then being critical of Trump at every turn when he wins anyhow and hoping he fails like the never Trumpers do.

Now he gets another SCOTUS pick. I'm super pleased about that!

I may argue the point simply because it shows the ignorance/malevolence of the person doing the name-calling. Folks love to put false labels on people in order to harm or dismiss them. But the idea of certain people around here thinking falsely of me does not keep me awake at night.

Nor should it. This is the ‘No Country For Old Men’ forum... and they know what’s coming.

I will not say I was wrong for not voting for him. I had no knowledge of his current moral choices with regard to women given his past record. I will likely vote for him in 2020 barring any unforeseen revelation.

You voted for the corrupt Hillary? Good heavens!

The “America First” rhetoric is a throwback to the isolationist impulses of the past that undermined the security of liberty around the world and our own national security.

Trump’s America First policy is short-sighted, proudly ignorant of history, and will lead our nation into economic ruin. We are throwing away everything we have gained over the last 70 years.

It's a reaction to the "America Last" policies of previous administrations. We have been footing the bill for practically the whole world and at the same time getting the short end of the stick when it comes to trade deals and the money we send to that cesspool called the UN is particularly egregious. It's all squarely on the backs of the American taxpayers with our cash and we have all had enough of it - thus President Trump.
