Wow, that’s amazing. I thought absentee ballots couldn’t be opened until Election Day and yet, NBC already knows how people have voted.

The internals on this poll look solid, so if it's true, Trump will win without a doubt unless a very late October surprise comes up against Trump.

But in some States/Commonwealths counting will not begin until after the polls close.
And counting balotts could take some time. So we may have to wait a few days for resutls.

Alos, even though the % are close - keeping in mind that uburan areas are usually Dem- it will
