My daughter will never be in public school BUT if she were, I'd tell her if she ever saw a man in her locker room, to kick him between the legs as hard as she could. And if she got suspended for a few days for her good deed, she'd get an ice cream cone a day as a reward for protecting the other girls.

And the fact that this policy has been in effect "unofficially" for a decade is insane.

I hope any young men in the school tell the weirdos in no uncertain terms that weirdos can't go into their sister's locker room OR ELSE.

for example - dept stores, sports stadiums, possibly some (so called) churches and - well the list virtually is unlimited.

Actually, that would be a great question to ask a (so-called) church - would they allow men to use the women's facilities - well, they state that they are open and affirming.......

It's in private gyms (membership ones) and public gyms too (YMCA). It truly is everywhere. Any fathers with daughters have got to be especially protective of them nowadays.

Any male that wants to go into an all-female private room is up to no good.

At some point, the SCOTUS has got to stop this madness. It violates women’s right to privacy, it violates Title 9.

A mentally ill man that thinks he is a woman is not a woman and shouldn’t recognized or treated as a woman under our laws and constitution.

Title 9 states “no person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance. ..."

Depends on how it is interpreted!
Because it states that you cannot be discriminated based on sex.

It is defacto discrimination to force a woman to share locker rooms etc with mentally ill men or to force them to compete in athletics with these men.

I would like to think that the court would rule properly - especially with the current court - BUT if a bunch of liberals became the majority - then common sense may not prevail.

M2F trannies in girls locker rooms? Another sign of perversion in our school. When COVID was rampant, everyone was saying "trust science". How is science wrong here? If you're born a male, you're a male. Period. Whether or not you really become a man is a different story....
