Its just not schools - but the public in general.
for example - dept stores, sports stadiums, possibly some (so called) churches and - well the list virtually is unlimited.
Actually, that would be a great question to ask a (so-called) church - would they allow men to use the women's facilities - well, they state that they are open and affirming.......
At some point, the SCOTUS has got to stop this madness. It violates women’s right to privacy, it violates Title 9.

Title 9 states “no person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance. ..."
Depends on how it is interpreted!
Because it states that you cannot be discriminated based on sex.
I realize the purpose of the law - but it could be argued......
