He would be treated the same as anyone else. Of course, the phones would buzz Sunday afternoon. I think when visitors arrive, especially in the house of God, we are looking to see if this person needs Jesus, or already is a Christian. It should go no further than that. We are there to share the Gospel, and show people Jesus as the way to salvation. We are not fashion critics.

    I think it's called "asking a question".

As said before, both of you need to respond to other posters besides me. Both of you, stop following the threads I respond to with twin editorial comments. Enough is enough of you two, and there is no desire on my part to even see your presence.

Actually, I was posting in this thread before you so, clearly, it's you who are following me.

Not going to do this, but to say this. In the near future, just remember the number of warnings you had. You will know when to recall this. Now, leave me alone.

:applause: AMEN!!! And I think we have to assume that every person is in need of Jesus no matter if he comes in lavished in gold and diamonds or the muddied clothes of a pig pen.

    The hypocrisy here is stunning.

Reporting me for asking if you were a Christian, while then turning around and saying we should assume people are not Christians.

This is a duplicate post, but I can't just say "DP" because the garbage software BaptistBoard uses mandates that every post be a certain length.

By wearing a skirt I assume you mean come dressed with the intent to look like a woman. I think the church has a two fold calling here. One is to offer light to this lost person and the other to protect the sheep. So I would assume he would be welcome to come and listen and ask questions if he had any and after service the Pastor would seek to find out his real motives and deal with him properly. If he was serious in wanting the truth to come back and if not stay away.
I would remind everyone that Jesus accepted the lowest who came with a sincere heart, but also turned away with harsh rebukes or exposures of motives of the hypocrisy for certain people who came to cause disruption or spread their lies. So does this man need Christ, yes, but the question is does he want Christ. That is what one would determine as how to handle any further visits and even then he would need to dress as a man.
The shepherds first responsibility is to protect the sheep not save the lost.
