What does "create" mean? The designers of "War World" also created an old universe.
As far as God is concerned, "create" means "bring something into being out of nothing". Psalm 33.6-9:
6 By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. 7 He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap; He lays up the deep in storehouses. 8 Let all the earth fear the LORD; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. 9 For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.
Genesis 1.1-2:
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
If "created" in verse 1 meant "made out of pre-existing matter", then verse 2 would be redundant. The two verses would be saying, "In the beginning God took some already-existing matter, and from it formed something formless!
I didn't know what "War World" was, but on looking it up, found:
War World is a unique combat game where players control heavily-armed and fast-moving mechs in furious battles for total annihilation. War World multiplayer offers 4 different gamemodes: Capture the flag, Bomb Assault, Death Match and Team Death Match.
Those words, and the pictures on the website, don't seem to indicate an old universe, and anyway, surely you are not suggesting that the act of inventing a new electronic game is comparable to God creating the universe?
