if for some reason was not a Baptist Christian, what Church would you see yourself being a member in, based upon your theological understandings?
Depends on the church...given that Baptists aren't a denomination and each church decides its beliefs and practices it would be on a church-by-church basis.

I was late music director and interim pastor along with S.S. teacher.
Wait! You were dead!? I hope you're feeling better now.
Sorry! Couldn't resist!

well, I guess this will be my last post here..since I've already made the move. I'm no longer Baptist. I'm now joining a Sovereign Grace Ministries church.
Those kind of places are usually very legalistic and divisive. I hope you are able to serve God there.
I would be a Welsh Methodist.
If I wasn't a baptist, I would be ashamed of myself.
Cheers,
Jim
Well, the OP question is impossible. That's because any faith group which seeks to faithfully follow the scriptures would have to be Baptist, whether it calls itself that or not. Well, Baptistic, anyway.
How do I know it would be Baptist? Because it believes as I do. And I could not be part of a faith group that didn't believe as I believe.
