IF Rejecting Jesus is What Condems, Until one Hears Gospel, Are they saved?

Apart from the Cross of Christ though, NONE would get saved, so reagrdless if they heard of Jesus or not, theywould be comdemned, correct?

For you make it seem that its not away from God, that we are not inherit sin natures from Fall of Adam, but once we willfully reject jesus than lost and not saved?
