Even her supporters who are atheists and godless liberals have been praying their hearts out that the she does not pass away until President Trump is out of office.

I believe Mitch McConn*ll would recognize the precedence he set in 2016. D*ms will always do what gives them the most power.

However, we have had this discussion before. Ms. G*nsburg might outlive the speculation.

I never like to discount anyone's hope of recovery but having done physical therapy treatments on many people in that age group I find it to be very accurate that after an injury they either (A) quickly get up and increase mobility and get back to normal activities of daily living or (B) they stay down and lose mobility and wither away.

Judging by her movement, posture and physical condition from when I best observed her back 2 years ago and taking into account a recent fall causing injury and now major surgery and all the side effects from drugs and possible comorbidities that has caused her to miss work for the first time 25 years I would say the odds are against her getting up and back to work, although I've seen some pretty dramatic comebacks if they are determined enough and work hard with the right training.

I would never say this if I thought it would ever get back to her but I don't so I'll say judging merely by her biomechanical unsoundness and recent events I would expect any return to be brief at best and should she live I would be pretty impressed with her achievement if she could finish the year without resigning - even taking into consideration that she probably will try to refuse giving up the seat regardless if she can't fulfill her duties.

I suspect within a couple months it will be pretty obvious she can no longer fulfill her duties...

I just that her son said she is walking a mile a day and seeing her personal trainer twice a week. That would be a pretty good sign that she is doing well.

If the Republicans take a vote in an election year, are they hypocrites? After all, they opposed taking a vote on Obama's nominee, Merrick Garland, for the entire year of 2016. They said they had to see what the people wanted on election day. They said that the party in power might not be in power after election day, so they put off the vote, citing the will of the people needed to be determined.
Politicians are hypocrites. No need to stop now. Yes, they should pack the bench with pro life justices.
