Don't worry. I still love this place and y'all.

But, I have broken my hand. The right one, which I previously used fairly often. A displaced fracture of a phalanx (which sounds very Greek, ought to fit in around here.)

Please pray for a speedy recovery, and if you'd like to pray for the Department of Labor functionary to pick up the pace on approving my referral to the ortho surgeon (oh the joy of getting hurt on the job), I'm be grateful.

And thank God it wasn't any worse.

Those ortho guys are busy.
I see an ortho surgeon this Monday for a tear in a rotator cuff muscle in my left arm... a rather rare side effect from a poorly placed tetanus shot.

I'm so sorry Rob! I know that losing a hand is really hard in doing daily life (I had carpal tunnel surgery and was in a cast for 10 days then a very solid brace for another 10 before I could use the hand). Praying that you can see the doctor and get the best treatment!
