Believe me, what happens in California is going to happen across this nation. This mother is not just grateful for her two children are now covered as undocumented children getting medical care in California, but she is "praying" God makes it available for "all illegal adults!" How ridiculous and foolish are the leaders passing legislation for such things as illegal's getting drivers licenses, medical care for their children, and welfare and food stamps!

Just what is happening? And more importantly how long can the taxpayers sustain these extra costs. Gov. "Moonbeam" Brown has allocated $40 million this year for treatment for illegal children, and next year that number jumps to $132 million! California has an estimated 170,000 undocumented children, and another 1.16 million illegal adults!

That is a signal that the system is completely broken, and it is time to DEPORT and not SUPPORT illegals!

Population of Calif is nearly 40 million.
So for the current year, that is one dollar in taxes for each resident. Next year that will be 4 dollars per resident. It may not seem like much -
In addition my figure was for each person - - so for a family of five.....

At one million illegals X $200 per month for food stamps = 2,400,000,000.
Then there is Housing
Then there is education

Where will it all end - it wont until they are deported.

Thanks for doing the math, and agreeing with the obivious solution. Beware America, if the dumb sheep in the once Golden state, don't protest, Obama will begin similar programs nationwide. :tear:

Here is an idea, and it would be a win-win for taxpayers in the long run, and also for illegal immigrants.

Return the families to their home country, mail each family a check for three years, and that gives them time to get on their feet. Probably cheaper for the tax-payers, and no one could say that it was inhumane.

Disparity of the mail systems from country to country. The checks would never get there.

These things could be worked out. It would be in the interest of the home nations to make it work.

We can work them out here just as well as sending them back to wherever and working it out.

It would be workable and cost efficient to return them home, and mail them a check for a set number of years.

Retired Americans can live a very good life in Mexico on Social Security alone, and they receive their checks every month without fail.

So why not just pay Mexico to keep folks there?

If they are here, they can contribute and live a very good life right here.

Mainly because we don't need more low skill labor here. They could go back home, and they haven't been mistreated. Win/win

Somebody is hiring them. And if they are getting hired because someone is offering them work, they should be able to stay and accept it.

At lower wages.
You do realize this squeezes out the native born low skill workers...

Sure. Them too.

So the jobs are available. And someone is hiring them. I don't see a problem with them coming if someone is hiring them. Until we stop folks from hiring them and adjust the wages for the folks who would actually do the work, leave em alone.

So you're saying that if employers and illegals can continue to break the law with impunity, why golly, they should be allowed to.

There are tools to prevent employers hiring illegals. Certain factions oppose using these tools.

I'm saying they came because there were jobs available. Nobody has jailed the folks who hired them so it makes no sense to strong arm them.

If those tools ARE then use them. If not, then leave the folks alone.
