Interesting stuff!! While I certainly could stand to lose weight, the information there is not so scary regarding my weight and BMI.

Hey, I like this one much better! :thumbs:

My BMI is now only 0.6 above normal. I only need to lose 5 pounds to be in the normal bracket. I can easily do that (after Jan 1st, ha!). I sometimes lose 2 pounds overnight while sleeping.

My weight to height ratio is good (no risk.)
