I know that in the battle of ideas, Republican politicians are at a distinct disadvantage. Their fundamental philosophy - which I characterize as survival of the fittest, richest and whitest - is too callous for most Americans.

Formulated talking point from a severely biased source pawned off as some eternal truth?

Not surprising that a Democrat would say this.

Yes, Republicans are at a distinct disadvantage as they believe you should work for what you get.
But in this contemporary society, with over 40% recieving give-a-away programs $$$ - well - of course they are going to vote for those who will keep them on the public dole.

The Democrats have been campaigning on class hatred for nearly a century now. What is curious is that the Democrats are now the richest people in America. It is the Democrats who have used their power and wealth to demand abortion, same-sex marriage, breaking down of the military, and now unisex washrooms. Democrats don't care for people in the ditch and they constantly single out white people for destruction by government power, as Crabtown has done here in his quotation.

Inside many liberals is a totalitarian screaming to get out. They don't like to have another point of view in the room that they don't squash and the way they try to squash it is by character assassination and name calling. -- David Horowitz

Yes, Republicans are at a distinct disadvantage as they believe you should work for what you get while stacking the deck to keep you from getting what they got through privilege and contacts.

But in this contemporary society, with over 40% recieving give-a-away programs $$$ while the other 60% take advantage of tax shelters and offshore bank accounts - well - of course they are going to vote for those who will keep them on the shoulders of those whom they thumb their noses.

You, Horowitz and many on Fox News must truly be liberals because you all practice this very thing. Imagine that.

For years, you and a handful of others have attacked like sharks in chummed water whenever someone expressed a POV that differed from your own politically con views.

And you attack goldfish in an aquarium-- what this site amounts to-- for expressing a non-co9mmunist viewpoint.

Breaking news!!!! White nationalists don't like the Communists.

In other news, Al Qaeda expresses disdain for ISIS. Sites extreme violence as their reason.

In local news, the Bloods are feuding with the Crips again. Apparently they are upset because the Crips said that Red is not the new black!!!

In breakinger news! ... there is a poster who hates white men and justifies every leftwing group, from those that declare they want to fry [white] cops like bacon to those who claim their ancestors lived for 66 trillion years before an evil [white] mutation came to destroy them. This poster, furthermore, wants every man who voted Republican to be regarded as a 'rich young ruler' who must give everything he has to those who live lazy or be confined to hard labor for the rest of his earthly life-- it's all his just deserts for being born into a white family that worked and saved for its children.

Would say that the real values of conservative republicans would be to vale the unborn, preserve liberty and freedom, and try not to have a nation turn away from God!
And we would that the Lord best system of making sure all experience the chance to earn a living is thru free market done right, and not through govt bail out and hand outs!

You do realise that those "1 %" that gets railed on all the time pays most of the taxes, in order to have the ole 47 % not need to work?

One of the overriding points of Liberal Fascism is that all of the totalitarian "isms" of the left commit the fallacy of the category error. They all want the state to be something it cannot be. They passionately believe the government can love you, that the state can be your God or your church or your tribe or your parent or your village or all of these things at once. Conservatives occasionally make this mistake, libertarians never do, liberals almost always do. -- Jonah Goldberg

Nope. Disagree. The top 1% may pay more in total dollars, but not in percentage. Why? Because of loopholes.

So what? That has absolutely nothing to do with the quote you are responding to. Got any kind of comment that makes sense?

Given the religious nature and the emotional power of Leftist values, Jews and Christians on the Left often derive their values from the Left more than from their religion. -- Dennis Prager

Gosh, that sounds an awful lot like what those Jews and Christians and skinheads on the radical right do. I've never seen folks confuse their "Christianity" with their political positions the way folks on the right do. I truly believe some of them think their party platform is the equivalent of God's word. They definitely quote the party's talking points more than they quote Scripture.

The smug sense of superiority liberalism encourages that has no relation to actions or results beyond being liberal, the-ends-justifies-the-means mentality that liberalism pushes, and liberalism becomes an all-encompassing, insular philosophy.
