Infallibility?

I just find the statement that ANYBODY could be infallible about ANYTHING dangerous. The Bible says we have ALL like sheep, gone astray.
And churches should be full of Christians. If a sinner keeps coming to church, over and over, then you probably are tickling his/her ears, rather than telling them they need to be saved. Churches should be run, and attended by Christians. The gospel is offensive to the world.
But back to infallibilty, the Bible says no-one is righteous, and everyone sins. To say someone is perfect in any way contradicts scripture.
Proverbs 30:6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.
Isaiah 53:6 all we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Psalms 118:8 it is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man.
And the Pope is a man. Just a man. Only a man. He needs salvation as much as I do.
Was putting Christians to death, like William Tyndale, an act of infallibilty ? Or was it sin ? And don't give me the doctrinal/administrative argument. Was it a sin ? Yes or no ?
