Insane OJ craving!

I have NEVER had such an overwhelming craving for something!

Orange juice. My stomach's telling me to stop but the rest of me is screaming for it. Even pregnancy cravings from years gone by don't compare to this. This has got to be how drug addicts feel, but I'm doing it with orange juice!

Have you ever heard of such a thing? This is extremely weird. I looked it up and all I could find was pregnant women talking about cravings, and I'm sterile now so I know that isn't it!

Yes, occasionally I'll get a strong craving for OJ. I've always figured that I was running low on vitamin C and my body was telling me to get some.

In a case like this, Gina, I usually will listen to what my body is telling me. BTW, you're not alone with the cravings for OJ; I often start getting these cravings this time of year, and it makes some sense when I think about the benefits of the vitamins to help with the cold and flu season coming up. I can hardly stand waiting myself; my citrus trees will be ready to start picking in about a month and my mouth has been watering in anticipation.

Now that it is summertime in beautiful NZ, I drink litres of plain cold tea,weak and unadulterated.....I have always had a hydrophobia --- yeah yeah, I am just a rabid old biddy!!!:tongue3:
