Instead of a court-martial, Bergdahl may get a payday instead

For the same we reason we say alleged crime
It isn't even that if the Army won't prosecute. Which, it appears, they won't, under obvious pressure from the Obama administration. Which is a greater miscarriage of justice: Being falsely accused, or never having to answer for "alleged crimes."

That has to be the answer!

1. His guilt or innocence is all based on best-guesses at this point.

2. He will never be charged or convicted of anything that casts a bad shadow on the administration that bargained for his release.

If Bergdahl is tried and convicted as a traitor or deserter or both, it would darken the celebration in the Rose Garden with his mom and dad!
