Has anyone ever worked for them or been sent out as missionaries? I'm talking about paid missionaries, not volunteer.

I am thinking about joining them after I get my BS in Evangelism. But what is it like? How do they send you out? Do you get a choice of where you could go?

I'd really like to hear some stories of people who have worked for them.

Are you speaking of the SBC International Mission Board (singular) or another group with plural "missions" in the name or just as a missionary in general??

Thanks for the heads up. She was listed as "active" and this post only a month ago . . . but people come and go and we all understand that.
