Iran Begins 20% Uranium Enrichment at Underground Facility and Seizes Foreign Oil Tanker

Iran announced it would be enriching uranium up to 20% at an underground facility on Monday and seized a South Korean flagged oil tanker. This comes on the heels of threats against Trump’s life over his targeted killing of Iranian terrorist Qassem Soleimani. The head of Iran’s judiciary, Ebrahim Raisi made the following comments,

Biden will revive the Iran deal and will reinstate the military policy ordering the USA to attack Israel if Israel tries to defend against the coming Iranian nuclear attack on Israel. Under Biden we will have a military alliance with Iran.

If I recall correctly Iran ate President Carter's lunch, and so might eat Biden's breakfast, before his aids figure out what to do. Enrichment levels needed to commercial nuclear power plants runs about 4 or 5%, but our Navy nuclear subs use highly enriched fuel in their propulsion reactors. Weapons grade enrichment is above 5% but I expect the actual level needed is classified.
